You can send a message to the whole workgroup of computers. Select the Workgroup radio button instead of User or Computer in this case. Type in the name of the group, and then type your message in the white box below and click OK to send. This message will be sent to everyone in the selected workgroup - be careful with this feature! If you do not know the target computer name or the target user name, your message will not be sent.
